Food Plant: Populus tremula (Aspen), sometimes P.alba (White poplar)

Egg: Upper side of leaf, usually besides a rib.

Mine: August - October

Notes: The initial gallery has clear margins, with broken linear frass. The later mine is a blotch formed by many turns.
