Food Plant: Populus nigra (Black Poplar), + var. italica (Lombardy Poplar). Egg: Usually underside of the leaf Mine: June, August Pupa: Under a membrane on the margin of leaf Notes: A 'snail-trail'-like mine on the upper surface, long and sinuous, without any visible frass.
