Food Plant: Rosaceous trees/shrubs especially Crataegus (Hawthorn), Malus (Apple), also Prunus (Cherry)

Mine: July, September - October

Notes: The mine is in the upper epidermis of a leaf, usually over midrib or vein. The mine is at first silvery, later with brown speckling (as shown). The mine shown is on Cherry and is the first record on this foodplant.
