Food Plant: Unknown in the UK. In Europe has been bred from Carex acuta

Mine: unknown but an adult was trapped in May 2016

Notes: The life history is unknown but the pupa is distinctive, being dark brown with posterior spiracles on stout projections. First discovered as an adult in Sutton Fen RSPB Reserve in 2016.
