Food Plant: Carduus, Cirsium spp. (Thistles) Tussilago (Coltsfoot)

Mine: June-November (two broods which overlap)

Pupa: On the ground in the leaf litter

Notes: The initial mine is whitish and extends along the midrib and branches into blotches. Older mine are brownish.
