Mine: July; August - September

Notes: Initially makes a subrectangular blotch and eats through to the upper epidermis - turning it brown. It then makes a typical Parornix fold at the leaf edge or spins a silken pad in the centre of the leaf. This causes the leaf to arch up and the larva eats through to the upper epidermis - turning it brown. The final instar larva is shown. Widespread throughout the UK.
