Food Plant: Cytisus/Sarothamnus (Broom) Mine: September - May Notes: Forms an inflated mine in the green bark of a twig (as shown), 15 - 25mm long. The mine turns brown/grey and is found near to the end of a twig, often on a small plant. The moth emerges and the mine tends to be inflated by the exit hole (at the right hand end above).
