Food Plant: Tilia spp. (In Europe T.cordata is the preferred host)

Notes: Makes mines in the lower side of leaves (as shown). It is a native of Asia and was probably introduced to Eastern Europe in the 1970s. It is spreading through Europe. Mine shown on Tilia x vulgaris.
