Pupa: In a silken cocoon suspended from threads attached to food plant or other vegetation

Notes: A long, whitish smoothly-curved upper-surface mine with broken black frass. The deeply segmented larva and lack of obvious egg-case at the start of the mine help distinguish this from Nepticulid mines. The pupa is shown, ex Prunus spinosa
