Food Plant: Quercus ilex (Evergreen Oak), (abroad on Q.alnifolia (Golden Oak of Cyprus)) Mine: November to April Pupa: In a cocoon between the leaves, in captivity Notes: Known initially from Greater London - now spreading through Southern England. In Europe it is known from islands and countries bordering the Mediterranean such as Sicily, Italy, Corsica, Cyprus, Greece and Croatia.
