Notes: A fine gallery leading to squarish blotch. Larva white with green gut-line, head pale brown (as shown on a mature larva). The larvae of E.albifasciella have a row of ventral spots (which are not found in E.heringi or E.subbimaculella). These fall off independently, usually before the fourth or final instar.
