Food Plant: Ulmus (Elm), Betula (Birch), Alnus (Alder), Corylus (Hazel) and others

Mine: late September to late October, then April to early June.

Notes: First case formed of a leaf fragment, larva mining leaves. The initial case is seen at the bottom of the second bottom leaf on the left. New case formed after feeding restarts in spring (as shown - middle left leaf). Case is on Birch.
