Food Plant: Salix spp.(Sallow and Willow), Myrica (Bog-myrtle)  

Mine: September to October, feeding again from April to May

Notes: Larva mining leaves. The single case is progressively extended from the oral end to a length of 8-10mm. It is finally tri-coloured, green at the oral end, brown in the centre, and dark at the anal end.
