Egg: Laid near the midrib

Mine: September-October

Notes: Forms a blotch mine on the leaf upperside, which causes the leaf to bend over. Specimens were taken in Essex but not seen in the UK since 1902. Mine shown on Prunus spinosa (Blackthorn).
