Food Plant: Malus spp. (Apple), Rosaceous trees eg Prunus spinosa (Blackthorn), Prunus avium (Wild Cherry), Crataegus sp. (Hawthorn ), Sorbus aucuparia (Rowan), Pyrus communis (Pear) Mine: August - May Notes: The early case is tiny and it makes a series of tiny holes on the leaf (as illustrated on the leaf of Prunus domestica (plum)).
