Notes: Forms blotch mines on the leaf tips of very young, tender leaves. The mine has a characteristically speckled appearance due to frass deposition. The larva is pale in colour and has incomplete banded scleortizations on the thoracic segments (as shown). In ventral view the lava has no sclerotizations. The head and legs are pale in colour.
