Food Plant: Normally Potentilla reptans (Creeping cinquefoil) and Agrimonia (Agrimony) but also Rubus fructicosus (Bramble) Mine: Bivoltine: summer & autumn. Pupa: Outside the mine. Notes: A full depth gallery-blotch. Often several in a leaf. Widespread. The ventral spots can be seen in the larva on the thoracic plates. The larva is a pale green, with a pale brown head.
