Notes: Makes a long thin corridor, which leads to a blotch, which is usually at the tip of the leaf. This ringed part of the leaf, containing the blotch mine, discolours and becomes yellow-green to brownish-red (as shown). Pupation is outside the mine. Mine shown on Eupatorium cannabinum
