Food Plant: Heracleum sphondylium (Hogweed)

Notes: The leaf discolours as the larva mines through the parenchyma of the leaf. The mine is inter-parenchymal, greenish-yellow, not always readily visible, an irregular linear-blotch. The distribution is thought to be local, believed to be confined to the South e.g. London ,Dorset, Wilts, Somerset and Huntingdonshire
