Food Plant: the Leguminosae - particularly Lathyrus(Peas) , Medicago (Lucerne and Medicks), Pisum (Garden Pea), Vicia (Vetches) and Astragalus glycyphyllos (Wild Liquorice)

Mine: early and late Summer

Notes: Forms an upper surface mine, with the frass in a green strips. The larva is yellow. The above is the first record of this miner on Astragalus (Wild Liquorice).
