Notes: Short, longitudinal blotches - often coalescing to make longer mines or wider mines or both (count the larvae). The frass is collected in one place leading to a black spot in the mine. The puparium is shown in dorsal (top photo) and ventral view (bottom photo). Note the distinctive anterior spiracles. Widespread and common throughout the U.K. in association with its host, Formerly Dizygomyza iraeos
