Food Plant: Salix fragilis (Crack willow), Salix viminalis (Osier) and other willows.

Mine: Bivoltine: summer & early autumn

Pupa: Outside the mine or at end of mine (both shown here).

Notes: An elongated yellowish blotch, either upper surface, lower surface or starting lower surface and ending upper surface. England south of Midlands. The left mine was vacated for pupariation whereas pupariation has occurred within the mine on the right.
