Food Plant: Vicia sepium (Bush Vetch), Lathyrus pratensis (Meadow Vetchling ), L.linifolius ( Bitter Vetch), Trifolium repens (White Clover), Vicia sativa (Common Vetch); possibly Medicago

Mine: May-June, September

Notes: The mine is underside, occupying the whole leaflet, which turns down at edges (as shown). Several leaflets may be mined. It occurs on woodland rides and the bottom of hedges.
