Food Plant: Ulmus (Elm), Betula (Birch), Alnus (Alder), Corylus (Hazel) and others Mine: late September to late October, then April to early June. Notes: First case formed of a leaf fragment, larva mining leaves. The initial case is seen at the bottom of the second bottom leaf on the left.
