Food Plant: Rosa spp.(Rose)

Mine: late August to late October, then April to mid May

Notes:  Larva mining leaves from first case in autumn. Similar feeding occurs in spring in a new case. The old case is shown above, just to the left where the new case was cut out from the leaf. This is the first recorded instance of this miner on Fragaria vesca.
