Food Plant: Cichorium intybus (Chicory), Crepis paludosa (Marsh Hawks-beard), Hieracium sp (Hawkweed),Taraxacum sp. (Dandelion)

Mine: Summer, Autumn

Notes: Forms a mine over the midrib, with side corridors leading off, which have feeding lines (as shown). The larva may change leaves and then constructs a corridor mine. It pupates externally
