Food Plant: Calamintha spp. (Calamint), Clinopodium vulgare (wild Basil), Glechoma hederacea (Ground-ivy), Mentha spp. (Mints), Salvia horminoides (Wild Clary), Prunella vulgaris (Self-heal), Origanum vulgare (Marjoram)

Mine: September - May

Notes: Makes visible white blotches on the leaves as it feeds. The case illustrated is on the trunk of a cherry tree, growing in a bed of marjoram (the possible foodplant). Found in a wide range of habitats.
